In the first half of this year, the province's water conservancy system deepened the reform of water conservancy investment and financing, and promoted the construction of major water conservancy projects. The Bailongjiang Draving Project, the Kangxian County and Zhengxian Water System Connection and the construction of the water and beautiful rural construction were promoted in an orderly manner. As of now, the province has completed a total of 9.081 billion yuan in water conservancy assets, of which a total of 2.414 billion yuan has been completed for civilian practical affairs. The first and second batch of special bonds have been fighting for 6.607 billion yuan, involving 206 projects, and the water conservancy industry's implementation of special bond funds has grown steadily year by year. 12 key water conservancy projects, including the water supply project of ecological immigration in central Gansu, completed a total of 1.922 billion yuan in investment in the first half of the year, accounting for 50.1%of the annual investment plan.
