In accordance with the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Notice on the Improvement of Industrial Quality and Brand Construction in 2022" (ICBC Department [2022] No. 88) and China Quality Association " (Notice "(China Quality Association [2022] No. 53) requires that the China Quality Association is commissioned by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to organize the national quality benchmark selection and experience exchanges in 2022. In order to do a good job of recommending our province, the relevant work notice is as follows:

1. Declaration condition

Quality benchmark refers to the enterprise through technological innovation, management innovation, and business model innovation, and use advanced and applicable quality management methods and quality engineering technology to improve the demonstration effect, reference, can be used for reference, available, can be borrowed, available, Promoting quality management methods. Units that meet the following conditions can be declared:

1. With the qualifications of independent legal persons and maintained profitability in the past three years; there are no illegal acts and bad records in terms of integrity, quality, safety, and environmental protection;

2. The main management methods (technologies) and experience used in quality benchmarks have been mature in the unit. It has a significant promotion effect on quality, efficiency and efficiency improvement, and performs well in regions and industries;

3. Actively participate in related sharing and exchange activities without commercial secrets.

2. Selection of key areas in 2022

In 2022, the national quality benchmark typical experience selection, the purpose is to strengthen the level of quality management of enterprises, promote the cultivation and construction of high -quality enterprises with excellent products, excellent brand, innovation, modern, and core competitiveness. Enterprise implementation of the "Guidelines for the Continuity of Quality Management Organization" national standards (GB/T19004-2020/ISO9004: 2018), comprehensive use of the quality management principles, key factors and resources proposed in the standard, continuously improving the quality management performance performance of the enterprise , Deepen the use of advanced and applicable quality management tools and quality engineering technology, strengthen the typical practice of upper and downstream collaborative innovation and quality management linkage in the industrial chain, promote the upgrading of the quality management system, and improve the level of product quality and quality management.

Promote the "Guidelines for the Implementation of the Digitalization of Manufacturing Quality Management (Trial)" in the use and management practice of enterprises, and use 5G, artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data, the Internet of Things and other new generation of information technology and enterprise quality management. Promote the typical practice of digitalization, networking, and intelligent upgrade of quality management activities.

3. By strengthening product reliability design, test verification, and improvement of reliability management levels, promote the typical practice of the improvement of the reliability of the entire machine equipment and core basic components, core basic components.

4. Third, declaration procedure

1. The application unit fills in the "National Quality benchmark application for 2022" (Annex 1), and requires a typical experience material in accordance with the "National Quality benchmark Typical Experience" (Annex 2).

2. The application unit will be submitted to the application forms, typical experience materials, and other confirmed materials after the corporate seal. The association (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "recommendation unit", see attachment 3). After the preliminary examination of the recommendation unit, I submitted an application to our hall.

3. Each recommending unit shall take a serious preliminary review of the reported materials and issue a formal recommendation opinion to our hall (clearly recommending sorting). Each city (including Dingzhou, Xinji City) Industrial and Information Technology competent departments, and Xiong'an New District Reform and Development Bureau's recommendation of not more than 3 items, and the number of provincial industry associations recommend not more than 2 items.

4. After we summarize the application materials submitted by each recommendation unit, our department will organize review and review in accordance with the "2022 National Quality benchmark selection and exchange implementation measures" (Annex 4). Recommended by the Quality Association.

5. After the review is included in the five units of the recommended list of our hall, our department will timely guide the application unit to complete the application for follow -up work.

Fourth, relevant requirements

1. Each recommending unit shall strengthen organizational leadership, deeply excavate excellent quality benchmarks, actively organize and guide the application unit to carefully carry out the application work, and strictly review and select the application materials in the jurisdiction or field.

2. Please report the recommended documents and application materials (1 paper version, and send an electronic version) to the science and technology department of the science and technology department of the reporting hall before June 30, 2022. Overdue will not be accepted.
