This evaluation is mainly for the two types of parks in the national high -tech zone and the national economic development zone. According to the analysis of the evaluation results, in 2021, the comprehensive development level of the Huangshi Economic and Technological Development Zone was prominent, and multiple secondary indicators in scientific and technological innovation and open collaboration were greatly improved. It also has obvious advantages in the investment environment.

In terms of scientific and technological innovation, compared with the previous year, the number of high -tech enterprises, the number of new "little giants" enterprises, and the number of R & D institutions above and above, the three -level indicators with higher weights have significantly improved. Among them, the number of R & D institutions at the provincial and above increased by 11, reaching 61; the number of national specialized "small giants" enterprises has increased to 7; the number of high -tech enterprises has increased by 58, reaching 185.

In terms of open collaboration, compared with the previous year, the actual use of foreign investment indicators increased by 62%year -on -year to 142 million yuan, located in the third place in the province's economic opening zone.

In terms of investment environment, compared with the previous year, the scores of soft environmental indicators such as benefiting enterprise policies and comprehensive services have greatly improved, with a comprehensive score of 76.25, exceeding the average level of more than 100 parks (71.25).
