Special bonds help rural revitalization

In order to accelerate the modernization of agricultural and rural areas in our district and injecting new vitality into the development of beautiful rural areas, the District Finance Bureau actively applied for special bond funds for rural revitalization. Recently, the first batch of special bond funds of rural rejuvenation in 2022 has been issued in place. The special bond funds will provide strong financial support for rural revitalization in our district.

The rural rejuvenation special bonds applied for this time are mainly used for the construction of grain and storage facilities in our district and rural water supply guarantee project. On the one hand, the investment of bond funds can alleviate the lack of grain warehouse capacity in our district, form a new pattern of grain circulation, stabilize the grain market, ensure the safety of food supply and reserve, and help "accumulate grain, good grain, and good grain", and keep it. Good care of the realization of the "Huai'an Grassay" goal, continuously consolidate and develop the good situation of agricultural and rural areas, and form a good social benefits; on the other hand, it can further strengthen the water supply safety and emergency security system in Huai'an District, and improve rural water supply safety and reliability. Ensure that people in rural areas produce and live water, maintain social stability and economic development.

The District Finance Bureau will strictly follow the relevant regulations of the provincial and municipalities, and require all project units to regulate the use of bond funds to ensure that bond funds are used for corresponding project construction, special funds are dedicated, and the use of bond funds will be given full.
