Medical insurance designated medical institutions' pharmacy and technical personnel codes are divided into 3 parts, with a total of 14 bits. They are arranged in a specific order through uppercase English letters and Arabic numerals. Among them, part 1 is the medical and technical personnel identification code of fixed -point medical institutions in medical insurance. The second part is the code of the administrative division.
