According to the provisions of the new catering service operation specifications, the training teachers combine the actual situation of various catering units, focusing on the procurement of raw materials, claims, storage, processing process control, personnel health management, cleaning and disinfection, food safety training for employees, food safety training Aspects of assessment are explained in detail.
