In order to raise fiscal funds and support the development of the national economy and social undertakings, the Ministry of Finance decided to issue a 2022 -year -old accounting attachment (seventeenth issue) Treasury (10 years). The notice of the issuance of this issuance is as follows:

1. Publishing conditions

(1) variety and quantity. In this issue, Treasury bonds are 10 -year fixed interest rates, and the total competitive bidding face value is 85 billion yuan.

(2) Date arrangement. Bidding on August 12, 2022, interest calculation began on August 15th, distributed from the end of the bidding to August 15th, and trading will be listed on August 17.

(3) Reduction arrangement. The interest of this period of government bonds is paid for half a year, and the interest is paid on February 15 (holidays, the same below) and August 15th, and repay the principal on August 15, 2032 and pay the last interest.

(4) Competitive bidding time. 10:35 to 11:35 on August 12, 2022.

(5) Distribution fee. 0.08%of the underwriting face value.

2. Competitive bidding

(1) Tendering method. Adopt a modified multiple price bidding method, the target is interest rate.

(2) Limited. Bid exclusion, winning bids, and bidding differences between the bidding bidding of each underwriting group are 100, 40, and 45 bids, respectively.

3. Payment of issuance of issuance

A member of the winning underwriting group will be issued to the designated account of the Ministry of Finance on August 15, 2022 (including August 15). The payment date is subject to the date of receiving the payment of the account designated by the Ministry of Finance.
