Ganfeng Lithium: Shanghai Ganfeng has completed the acquisition of Bacanora

On the evening of August 8, 2022, the A -share company Ganfeng Lithium (002460.SZ) announced that Shanghai Ganfeng has completed the acquisition of Bacanora's offer. At present, Shanghai Ganfeng holds 100%equity of Bacanora.

Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Industry Co., Ltd., on May 6, 2021, the 25th meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors of the Board of Directors consulted and approved the "Treasure of Shanghai Ganfeng, a wholly -owned subsidiary of Shanghai Ganfeng,Proposal of affiliated transactions ".

Agree with the company's wholly -owned subsidiary Ganfeng International Trade (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., all issued shares (except Shanghai Ganfeng already holds shares) with their own funds (except Shanghai Ganfeng already holds shares), the transaction amount does not exceed 190 million pounds.The authorized company operates the fulfillment of the relevant matters of this transaction.
