The award is awarded for a reward for the annual actual use of foreign capital (referring to the annual cumulative amount) of not less than 20 million US dollars in accordance with the actual use of foreign capital. Specifically, the actual amount of foreign investment in the annual use of 20 million (including 20 million) to 30 million US dollars is given 3 million yuan award; the actual amount of foreign capital is 30 million (including 30 million) -50 million US dollars to 5 million RMB RMB award; RMB 6 million rewards for the actual amount of foreign capital for US $ 50 million or above.
