At the scene of the 38,000 square meter exhibition, more than 200 cross -border e -commerce companies participated. There were more than 10,000 kinds of imported goods at the scene ... On August 8th, the 6th Global Cross -border E -Commerce Conference Exhibition Exhibition opened in Zhengzhou. In the next few days, this "international fan" conference will discuss the facilitation of trade, the "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement" (RCEP), logistics innovation, and talent training. Under the impact of many super -expected factors this year, the holding of the conference is of great significance to overcome the impact of the epidemic, enhance development confidence in development, and promote institutional openness.
As an important part of the emerging trade format, the rapid development of cross -border e -commerce has helped promote China's progress from a major country to a strong country. According to Chinese customs statistics, China's cross -border e -commerce imports and exports have increased by nearly 10 years. In 2021, China's cross -border e -commerce import and export scale reached 1.98 trillion yuan, an increase of 15 %, showing a booming trend. Bai Ming, deputy director of the International Market Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce, said that since 2017, China has maintained its status in the world's largest country's largest country trade. Cross -border e -commerce helps to use the various conveniences brought by the digital economy, effectively develop new trade space, and seek a new breakthrough in promoting China from a trade country to a strong country. As of now, China has established a total of 132 cross -border e -commerce comprehensive test areas, which has basically covered the country, which has effectively promoted the continuous innovation and development of cross -border e -commerce, and played a positive role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade and building a new development pattern of "dual cycles".
At the same time, Chinese cross -border e -commerce has injected new momentum into global trade. China actively participates in international cooperation, proposed a Chinese solution to promote cross -border e -commerce development on multilateral occasions, and signed a memorandum of e -commerce cooperation with 23 countries. In recent years, the ambassadors of many countries in China have personally boarded the live broadcast and promoted their own products to the majority of Chinese consumers. Rwanda's coffee beans, Sri Lanka's Ceylon black tea, Pakistan's powder salt, Bulgaria's rose water ... Many products are "second empty" as soon as they are on the shelves, and some high -quality brands have also ushered in new opportunities for development in the Chinese market.
However, it should be seen that under the current intricate international situation, China's cross -border e -commerce development is facing new challenges. Bai Ming believes that on the one hand, it is affected by the Russian -Ukraine conflict and the overlapping century epidemic. Both cross -border e -commerce and traditional trade face overall challenges. For example, under the shadow of high inflation, the European and American economy is likely to decline, and the demand for international market demand has increased. Slowing or causing trade opportunities for Chinese companies to shrink. On the other hand, individual countries have politicized scientific and technological issues, the concept of generalization of national security, abused national forces, intensified Chinese enterprises, and restricting China's cross -border e -commerce development.
In this regard, Chinese cross -border e -commerce must adhere to "my main", especially cross -border e -commerce is still in the early stages of development. China can take the lead in the formulation of rules and occupy the initiative. This requires that cross -border e -commerce must not only "bow their heads", but also "look up and look at the road." Only by focusing on the long -term and promoting the formulation of more fair, mutually beneficial and win -win rules, can the road go wider and wider. In addition, the development of China's cross -border e -commerce must be "grounded", combining cross -border e -commerce in other countries and local e -commerce. After the goods or goods arrive at the ports or warehouses of other countries, how to enter the streets and alleys, tens of millions of households, and how to establish and reasonably deploy overseas warehouses is a question that Chinese cross -border e -commerce needs to think about.
The RCEP rules implemented this year cover e -commerce and digital trade, trade facilitation, and origin rules. More than 90%of products in the region will gradually realize zero tariffs, which will bring new opportunities for cross -border e -commerce development. "Buy global and sell global", China's cross -border e -commerce road will go wider and wider. (Luan Yushi)
