The total value of imports and exports in July increased by 16.6% year -on -year

According to customs statistics, in the first July of this year, my country's total import and export value was 23.6 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.4%over the same period last year. Among them, exports were 13.37 trillion yuan, a year -on -year increase of 14.7%; imports were 10.23 trillion yuan, a year -on -year increase of 5.3%.

In July, my country's total import and export value was 3.81 trillion yuan, an increase of 16.6%. Among them, exports were 2.25 trillion yuan, an increase of 23.9%; imports were 1.56 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.4%.

Li Kuiwen, director of the Department of Statistics and Analysis of the General Administration of Customs, said that this year, the state introduced a policy of stabilizing the economy to support enterprises to relieve difficulties. Customs also specializes in the introduction of specific measures to help enterprises relieve rescue and surrender costs, and effectively solve practical problems for enterprises. With these measures effective, the vitality of the foreign trade market is effectively stimulated. In July, the import and export of my country increased by 16.6%year -on -year, which continued to rise in foreign trade growth since May, and made a positive contribution to the stable macroeconomic market.

Data show that the number of foreign trade enterprises with import and export performance in my country in the past July was 526,000, an increase of 5.8%year -on -year. Among them, the import and export of private enterprises was 11.8 trillion yuan, an increase of 15.3%, accounting for 50%of my country's total foreign trade value. During the same period, foreign -invested enterprises imported and exported 797 trillion yuan, an increase of 2.7%. The import and export of state -owned enterprises was 3.8 trillion yuan, an increase of 15.5%.

General trade import and export growth and proportion increase. In July, my country's general trade imports and exports were 15.17 trillion yuan, an increase of 14.5%, accounting for 64.3%of the total foreign trade value, an increase of 2.3 percentage points from the same period last year. Among them, exports were 8.6 trillion yuan, an increase of 20.7%; imports were 6.57 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.3%. During the same period, the processing trade imports and exports were 4.76 trillion yuan, an increase of 3.9%.

The import and export of major trading partners such as ASEAN, the European Union, the United States and South Korea increased. In July, the total value of trade with ASEAN was 3.53 trillion yuan, an increase of 13.2%; the total trade value with the EU was 3.23 trillion yuan, an increase of 8.9%; the total value of Sino -US trade was 2.93 trillion yuan, an increase of 11.8%.

During the same period, my country ’s total imports and exports to countries along the“ Belt and Road ”were 7.55 trillion yuan, an increase of 19.8%. Among them, exports were 4.27 trillion yuan, an increase of 19.8%; imports were 3.28 trillion yuan, an increase of 19.8%.

The exports of electromechanical products and labor -intensive products have increased. In July, my country's export mechanical and electrical products were 7.57 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.1%, accounting for 56.6%of the total export value. Among them, the automatic data processing equipment and its parts were 918.2 billion yuan, an increase of 4.4%; mobile phones were 494.63 billion yuan, an increase of 2%; the car was 175.74 billion yuan, an increase of 54.4%. During the same period, exported labor -intensive products were 2.41 trillion yuan, an increase of 15.2%.
