Changde City leaders supervise major energy projects

On August 3, Xu Yongjian, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and executive deputy mayor, went to Taoyuan County to supervise and investigate major energy projects.

Xu Yongjian and his party first checked the UHV DC transmission project (Changde section) and Taoyuan pumping storage power station project for "Ning Electric Entering Hunan" to learn more about the planning and design of the project and preliminary work in detail.

According to reports, the UHV DC transmission project of "Ning Electric Entering Hunan" is one of the nine major across provincial cross -regional transmission channel projects planned by the country.District and county, the total length is about 164.8 kilometers.The Taoyuan pumping storage power station project has been included in the national "medium and long -term development plan for pumping storage (2021-2035)" and the "14th Five -Year Plan" energy development plan in our province, with a total installed capacity of 1.2 million kilowatts.

Xu Yongjian pointed out that relevant departments and Taoyuan County should strengthen communication and connection, further optimize the design of the "Ning Dian Entering Hunan" project, and form a research report as soon as possible.It is necessary to accelerate the preliminary work of the Taoyuan pumping storage power station project, and apply for project approval from the Provincial Development and Reform Commission in a timely manner.
