Victoria's Co., Ltd.: The construction project of the subsidiary of 1.12 billion yuan in construction project

On August 5th, Shenzhen Victoria Decoration Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Victoria's Co.") issued an announcement on the winning bid for the holding subsidiaries and the signing of the "Construction Project Construction Contract" and related transactions.

The announcement shows that Jiantai Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiantai Construction"), a subsidiary of Victoria Holdings, recently received a notice of winning the bid for the Sanxi Huafa Intelligent Port project publicly bidded by Zhuhai Huayi Development and Construction Co., Ltd.Jiantai Construction is a construction bidding unit of the No. 2 project of Sanxi Huafa Intelligence Port, with a bid amount of approximately 1.12 billion yuan.

It is worth mentioning that Victoria ’s Co., Ltd. issued an announcement on July 11 that Jiantai Construction of the Holding subsidiary was the construction bidding unit of the construction and construction general contracting project of Sanxi Huafa Intelligent Manufacturing Port.This transaction constitutes a connected transaction.

Victoria's Co., Ltd. was established in 1994 with a registered capital of 208 million yuan. It is the A -share listed company controlled by State -owned assets. It is the first domestic and only decorative company listed on the GEM.
