First, the total capacity of nitrogen fertilizer has decreased slightly, and the proportion of advanced technology production capacity has increased. Third, the nitrogen fertilizer market fluctuates sharply, and the industry's benefits have improved significantly. In the first three quarters of 2021, my country's nitrogen fertilizer market continued to rise under the support of international prices, tight domestic supply and demand, and rising raw material costs. In general, the industry achieved a profit of more than 17 billion yuan, an increase of 389%year -on -year, and the profit margin reached 7.7%, which has achieved the best benefits of nearly ten years.

Fourth, the consumption of nitrogen fertilizers has decreased slightly, and the demand for non -agricultural demand has increased significantly. The natural disaster in 2021 caused a large damage to my country's agriculture, affecting the demand for domestic nitrogen fertilizer. However, the non -agricultural downstream is prominent, and the production and sales of melamine and car urea and the price of car urea have repeatedly reached a record high, driving strong growth in non -agricultural demand.

According to the statistics of the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association, in 2021, my country ’s nitrogen fertilizer viewing consumption was 33.651 million tons of pure nitrogen, a year -on -year decrease of 1.6%. Objective consumption of urea was 50.381 million tons, a year -on -year decrease of 0.8%. In 2021, 35 companies with a composite ammonia capacity of 500,000 tons/year or above, with production capacity accounting for 41.9%, an increase of 1 percentage point year -on -year; 54 companies with a methanol production capacity of 600,000 tons/year or above. 64.5%, a year -on -year increase of 4.2 percentage points.

Sixth, the constraints of energy consumption "dual control" and "pollution restrictions" are tightening, and nitrogen fertilizer production capacity is limited. Synthetic ammonia and methanol are high -energy consumption industries and have always been a key industry for energy consumption control. Since 2021, the "dual control" policy of energy consumption in various regions has continued to tighten, and coal restrictions and electricity restriction measures have been adopted in various regions. First, Russia and Ukraine conflicts, international energy and food prices have risen sharply, and global fertilizer prices have risen sharply.
