The Ministry of Commerce RCEP Heilongjiang Special Training was held

From August 3rd to 5th, the Ministry of Commerce held the "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement" (RCEP) Heilongjiang special training activity in Harbin. This is the first local special training activity in the year organized by the Ministry of Commerce. Relevant units, business associations, development zones, and more than 110 enterprises in various cities in our province participated in training.

Representatives of the Provincial Department of Commerce, Harbin Customs, and Provincial Council introduced the relevant situations of our province to promote the implementation of RCEP and serve municipal land and enterprises to deepen foreign economic and trade cooperation.

During the training period, the representatives from the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Commerce Research Institute, the China Local Animal Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, and the expert system of industry associations in the fields of machinery, light industry, petrochemical and other fields introduced the overall situation of RCEP, interpreted the agreement on goods, services, and investment market access , Rules and other contents of origin, analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by my country's key industries in the context of RCEP, carry out comprehensive application guidance for the comprehensive application of tariff reduction for the rules of origin, answer the problems facing RCEP by enterprises, and organize enterprises to conduct experience exchanges.

The relevant person in charge of the Provincial Department of Commerce stated that the Party Central Committee and the State Council made a series of deployment of high -quality implementation of RCEP. The development goal emphasizes the opportunity to implement RCEP's effectiveness and expand cooperation with RCEP member states. The Provincial Department of Commerce promotes the work of RCEP as an important starting point for serving the province's integration into the new development pattern, and has established a special class of RCEP to study and analyze the effectiveness and challenges of our province. In the action plan, more than 10 RCEP training and negotiation and docking activities are organized to provide guidance and services for the city and enterprises to make good use of agreement policy opportunities.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Provincial Department of Commerce, in the first half of this year, the total value of Heilongjiang Province's total import and export value was 122.21 billion yuan, an increase of 30.7%over the same period last year. Among them, the import export of RCEP trade partners was 11.18 billion yuan, an increase of 23%. The effective implementation of RCEP has effectively promoted economic and trade cooperation between our province and members of the agreement. In the next step, under the guidance of the Ministry of Commerce, the Provincial Department of Commerce will conscientiously implement the requirements of the provincial party committee and government deployment, coordinate and cooperate with relevant departments, continue to do a good job of RCEP services, help municipalities and enterprises to build a learning platform, expand the docking channels, and expand the docking channels.
