Financial enterprises should formulate a performance salary recovery and deduction system. If the risk is lost, financial enterprises shall recover some or all of the performance salary within the corresponding period after fulfilling the company's governance procedures in accordance with the law and regulations, and stop paying the non -payment part or all salary. 2. Strengthen financial asset management, safeguard financial debt, and effectively prevent financial risks

Financial enterprises should comprehensively evaluate their own assets, scientifically predict potential risks, and objectively evaluate the loss of asset impairment according to the changes in the quality of the assets. (6) Strengthen the management and disposal management of non -performing assets to effectively prevent moral risks and the loss of state -owned assets.
