This spring, the Jilin Provincial Department of Natural Resources has set up a salt -alkaline land improvement test demonstration base in Haiyu Township, Haiyu Township, and introduced 130 million yuan in social capital investment, with a construction scale of 05,200 mu, and planned to increase the area of ​​cultivated land is 0.42 million mu. Because saline -alkali land has not been cultivated for many years, almost zero pollution and pesticides without chemical fertilizer, and the improved rice -produced rice has reached the standard of green ecological rice; if artificial weeding or insects are used, it can also be processed into organic rice. At present, the rice of Zhongke Bai Aogin is priced at more than 6.5 yuan per catty, and some can sell for 100 yuan per catty.

Water is a decisive condition in the comprehensive improvement of saline -alkali soil. By implementing major water conservancy projects such as Da'an irrigation district and Songyuan irrigation district, it provides reliable surface water sources for saline -alkali land governance.
