After graduating from college in 2009, Wang Meiping worked in a school in Inner Mongolia and had a stable income. However, the grass and trees of her hometown always made her dream, and the belief of "building a hometown" became stronger over time. In order to realize the dream in her heart, in order to prevent youth from leaving regrets, she resolutely resigned and returned to Luojiatun Village, Shiwitun Township, Yanggao County, Yanggao County, and aimed at environmentally friendly biomass blocks (fuel, feed) product projects. The comprehensive professional cooperative of Yanggaoxian straw planting breeding has opened a journey of self -entrepreneurship.

When he first entered, Wang Meiping was a zero foundation for production technology, process process and mechanical operations. She learned from the teacher during the day and studied at herself at night. She made more than 10 books, and she "boiled" itself as an expert.

In July 2019, the machinery and equipment of the plant was all in place, but there was no "rice" to the pot. The main raw material corn straw has not yet reached the harvest season. As a result, Wang Meiping took the workers to buy raw materials around. During that time, she set off every day without light, running all over the counties and districts of Datong City, and returned from 10 pm before unloading by herself. Day after day, a bag of instant noodles, thirsty with a bottle of mineral water, the legs were too tired to lift, and the face was thinner. In her own words, "I almost didn't want to do it." However, under the support of "not accepting losses, fighting for a while, adding glory to parents and adding color to hometown", the company finally entered the normal development track.

"It is the purpose to lead the folks to be rich together!" Wang Meiping said that many folks had her light. Villagers Wang Xinjin grows more than 100 acres of corn every year, often for how to deal with straw. Now not only does the straw do not need to deal with it by itself, but also get free arable land. One after another, it saves at least 8,000 yuan. This model not only was promoted in the village, but also benefited corn growers within 50 kilometers around.

Wang Meiping is engaged in environmentally friendly biomass block product projects. It mainly uses farmland straw and pure natural wood waste, corners, etc., and does not add any adhesives and additives. After professional mechanical treatment, it is compressed into straw block fuel, straw grass ball, feed feed, feed Waiting, the feed supply, industrial and agricultural (boiler) concentrated heating, biomass power generation, daily heating and cooking of farmers are used in the breeding industry. This not only solves the problem of the government's ban on burning, but also solves the problem of a large number of straws of farmers. At the same time, it also absorbs local labor employment and drives farmers to become rich.

Wang Meiping, who has received higher education, is deeply understood that integrity is the fundamental, quality of enterprises, the life of the enterprise, and the bottom line of the enterprise. From the field to the workshop to produce, Wang Meiping must be in person, and sometimes it is two hours in the workshop. In terms of operation, she would rather lose her own loss and never damage the customer, win the sincerity with sincerity, and be deeply trusted by customers. Today, Wang Meiping's enterprise covers an area of ​​nearly 100 acres and has invested tens of millions of yuan. It has a number of agricultural machinery and 5 modern production lines. It produces 20,000 tons of finished products per year, exported to Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Ningxia and other provinces.

"Tired, crying, and fighting, my youth has no regrets, no matter how many bumps in front, I will have nothing to go." Wang Meiping was full of confidence in the future. In the next step, she plans to use straw processing waste to build 10,000 tons of organic fertilizer processing projects to serve the full -scale and high -quality development of local agriculture and achieve more power to contribute to rural revitalization.
