In the first half of this year, Wenzhou's import and export growth led the province. Recently, the reporter learned from Wenzhou Customs that in the first half of the year, the city's total import and export value was 142.66 billion yuan, an increase of 30.8%over the same period last year (the same below). Among them, exports were 121.79 billion yuan, an increase of 36.4%; imports were 20.87 billion yuan, an increase of 5.4%. It is worth noting that in terms of growth rate, in the first half of the year, Wenzhou's import and export and export growth rate ranked first in the province.

According to the analysis of Wenzhou Customs, in the first half of the year, the city's foreign trade mainly presented four major characteristics.

First of all, from the perspective of exports, the exports of the three categories of goods have remained rapidly, and the proportion of labor is increased. Data show that from January to June, Wenzhou's main export mechanical and electrical products were 62.34 billion yuan, an increase of 32.7%, accounting for 51.2%. Among them, electrical control devices, glasses and parts and automotive parts were increased by 20.3%, 33.8%, and 29.5%, respectively. The export of Lao Mi products was 42.35 billion yuan, an increase of 44.5%, of which seven types of products all achieved double -digit growth. High -tech products exported 4.17 billion yuan, an increase of 22.7%.

Secondly, companies with foreign trade imports and exports are more active. From January to June, Wenzhou's private enterprises 'import and exports were 135.10 billion yuan, an increase of 31.3%; foreign-funded enterprises' import and exports were 4.72 billion yuan, an increase of 20.0%; the import and export of state-owned enterprises was 2.85 billion yuan, an increase of 25.7%. In the same period, there were 9,365 import and export performance enterprises in Wenzhou, accounting for 10.2%of the total province, an increase of 820 compared with the same period last year, an increase of 9.6%year -on -year.

Third, the main markets remain steady. In the first half of the year, the city's imports of the top five trade markets ASEAN, the European Union, the United States, Africa, and Latin America all maintained double -digit growth, which drove the city's foreign trade growth rate by 25.7 percentage points. In addition, the imports and exports of the countries along the “Belt and Road” were 66.01 billion yuan, an increase of 34.6%, accounting for 46.3%of the import and export value of Wenzhou, an increase of 1.3 percentage from the same period last year.

Fourth, optimize the structure of trade methods. In the first half of the year, the city's general trade imports and exports were 119.77 billion yuan, an increase of 27.5%, accounting for 84.0%of the total foreign trade value. Among them, exports and imports increased by 33.6%and 3.3%, respectively. At the same time, new trade formats have grown rapidly, and market procurement exports increased by 49.0%, driving the city's export increase of 7.1 percentage points.
