The municipal or county -level human -social department where the license distribution authority is located shall submit a written entrepreneurial subsidy application. Eligible, the Human Resources Department will allocate 15,000 yuan subsidy to the bank account provided by the applicant within 10 working days.

The notice stipulates that each college graduate and each entity can only enjoy a policy of "collection and simplified office" policy at once, and no longer enjoy the policy of one -time entrepreneurial subsidy, the rental subsidy of the entrepreneurial field, and the social security subsidy of independent entrepreneurship.

The notice requires that the cities should carry out this business as soon as possible. At present, offline processing is temporarily implemented. After the Provincial Human Resources and Social Affairs Department opened the online processing system, all online processing is implemented. Other college graduates still enjoy entrepreneurial support policies in accordance with the original channels.
